Presentation
Schinéar symbolises the period befor Babel Tower, when men have not yet been separated into a company of peoples. Schinear proposes a radically contemporary and rough world music in which mingle Balkans, Middle-East and Asia, traditional musics and rock energy.
Led by Léon Zhao, an Erhu virtuoso (traditional Chinese violin), Maxime Vidal, guitarist/percussionist and overtone singer, Wendlavim Zabsonre on percussion, and Denis Spriet, accordionist and music-composer, Schinéar is a laboratory of encounters, experimentation and creation around world traditional music with the desire to create, for a concert, not only a musical moment but a territory… and reborn in live the Schinéar.
