John Church

A solo project by Jean Chapelle, whom you may have discovered in other groups supported by L-EMA (Mo Cushle, Graines de Vent, etc.), John Church here develops the fantasies of the wide open spaces of deep America. Contemporary while being deeply rooted in the American folk tradition, John draws inspiration from icons such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Crosby, Still & Nash, with a focus on creating sincere and moving music. His compositions invite the audience to share warm moments while addressing themes as varied as love, life, death, without forgetting the whimsical world of little foam cowboys.
